Pipe Band
If you would like to learn to play the bagpipes or Scottish drumming, the band’s teaching program is open to you.  For piping, you must provide your own practice chanter and a copy of the "College of Piping Book."  For drumming, you must provide your own sticks and drum pads.  The band instructors will tell you where to get these and we recommend you make your first visit an informal one to meet the band and see how the program works.  The teaching program convenes every Thursday evening at 7:00 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 763 North Blvd. (Downtown Baton Rouge).
